Here are some ideas for Easter activities. If you you are able upload them to the email. I will try to show everyone if I can but I would love to see your creations. Make what ever you would like. Enjoy the sunshine while it is here. HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE
Hi Robins and Foxes.
I hope you are keeping busy making and creating.
If you can photograph what you have made and upload to my email I would love to see them.
Any drawing you do would also be wonderful to see.
I have uploaded some more activities about Spring and will start our new topic next week so please take a look.
Stay safe everyone.
We are now into a new topic of Enchanted forest.
This is a mixture of facts about the wonderful nature around us and fantasy of fairies and magic in the forest.
I have started with the wonderful birds around us that I absolutley love.
The first thing you could do is make some feeders for them. Remember to give them water too.
Look out for lots of creatures around you and try to look after them as much as possible.
Enjoy the outside as much as you can.
Lots of Love
How did you get on with the birds.
I hope you spotted lots of them. The more you feed them the more you will see.
Try to remember 3 birds that you can name just by spotting them when you are out and about or in your garden.
This week 27/4.....we will be looking at minibeasts or insects. Again try to have a look for the real thing if you are out for your walk or in your garden. There have been lots of bees around with the sunshine and I have seen 2 butterflies. Next week we look at life cycles but for this week I would like you to name and identify insects. I will download some different power points and activities and you can do as much as you would like.
Remember to be very careful with the insects and don't harm them. If you lift up logs and stones to look at them always return them gently as these are their homes.
Happy exploring everyone
This week we are looking at life cycles.
I hope you have watched the video's. I thought they were very interesting and amazing how frogs and butterflies develop.
In this section I have given you some ideas. You don't have to do all of them unless you want to. If you have a better idea to do then great. Try and take a photograph of what you have done and email it and I can ask Mrs McGahey to put it on the website.
It is very rewarding to watch and nurture something you have grown yourself. Happy planting everyone.
Love as always
